For providers
Texas Children’s Health Plan believes that a member’s Primary
Care Provider (PCP) is the member’s medical home. In order to
guarantee that our members receive the care they need, we have a
credentialing program. Once a PCP joins our plan, we work to
continuously support the doctor with the tools he or she needs
to provide our members with the best care. We have several
Provider Relations Representatives on staff that visit our
providers on a monthly basis. They are also available at any
time to answer questions from the provider or his or her staff.
We also offer our physicians a Continuing Medical Education (CME)
series with
Baylor College
of Medicine. This series focuses on important issues and new
developments in medicine. |
